Tiger 4000 – Supercompact all-rounder

Equal-wheeled tractor 31 hp steering, with three cylinder Yanmar engine (max couple at 1700 rpm), which replicates all of the characteristics of top of the range AC tractors in reduced scale. Besides well cared for aesthetics, in a classic oscillating ACTIO™ frame, its low centre of gravity and ground clearance (275 mm) – which also allows for working on extremely disconnected lands, the most compact tractor of the AC range – also offers a large, ergonomic and comfortable driver’s seat with on board access. Tiger 4000 is an all-rounder, designed to cater for many maintenance activities or cultivation in public and private green areas, in small agricultural allotments, in vegetable gardens and in greenhouses. The streamlined design, functional for performance in the most scarce areas, offers a perfect frontal visibility. The turning radius remains among the most reduced of the category, equal to 2870 mm. The bonnet is equipped with a large stainless steel grid which winds up the engine on three sides and guarantees an excellent thermal exchange. The bonnet’s vertical aperture enables practical inspection and a fast engine. The front bumper, which functions from ballast and sump guard, is equipped with an integrated tow hook. The PTO has 540 turns/minute and is synchronised with all exchange speeds, while the hoister has a capacity of up to 850 Kg. TN 5800 TMajor – Basic equal-wheeled tractor

Installed Yanmar engine with four cylinders of 49.7 hp. This is one of the top models of the new TMajor series, a line which takes its inspiration from specialised hill, mountain or plain culture of the Meditteranean basin. Its configuration assures adherence, manageability and compactness in rugged and irregular lands with an easy performance in the strait. The ACTIO™ frame has a low centre of gravity; the steering-wheel is servo-assisted; the 12+12 exchange is synchronised with inverter and independent PTO at 540 synchronised turns/minute. The new bonnet, vertical aperture and separate battery and air filter access, make maintenance practical. The TMajor Series tractors are the natural heirs of AC’s long tradition in the medium power equal-wheeled tractor segment: they offer the operator maximum comfort with a large driver’s seat, adapted for any tonnage, in addition to hydraulic systems adapted to meet any requirement. TTR 4400 II – Inimitable: reversible, average hydrostatic power

One of its kind, TTR 4400 HST is a reversible equal-wheeled tractor with 38 hp hydrostatic transmission and direct injection three cylinder Yanmar engine. A silent and economical engine which performs excellently in the field of civil maintenance: maintenance and urban cleaning, sports fields, mowing and green areas management, snow clearance, movement of materials and road viability. A manageable, stable and versatile tractor owing to a compact configuration with overhang engine which foresees perfect distribution of the masses with the tractor complete with equipment. The speed-fix systems enable the setting of feed speed according to requirements, both on the floor and sloping. The ACTIO™ frame with its low centre of gravity, reversible RGS™ driver’ seat (to use both towed and frontal equipment in direction of movement) and the 540/1000 turns-minute power take-off, contribute to making this model an adaptable vehicle with innumerable specialised operative assets. TTR 4400 HST is also available with an air-conditioned cabin with automatic clima control command. Some of the most requested hi-tech optionals are: the on-off joystick for management of tools, the front hoister and PTO on the engine side (last of series) and the rear lift with double acting cylinders, very useful with snow plough blades on icy roads, when total adherence to the soil is required for removal of layers of ice. SP 5008 – With all commodities

Hydrostatic with articulated ACTIO™ frame and 46hp four cylinder Yanmar engine, with a configuration, a structure and medium power to be the AC model born for communal maintenance, ideal for road viability works, cleaning of pavements, snow removal and care of public parks and gardens. Convenient, quick and versatile in innumerable maintenance tasks, it comes complete with a super comfortable cabin and supplied with all commodity accessories (air-conditioning, adjustable steering-wheel, clothes hangers, retina folder, drinks compartment and many others) and visibility at 360°. SP is a versatile vehicle which can be fitted out with frontal, rear or even dorsal tools, owing to the bonnet’s lowered structure which hosts a custom-built convenient load platform. The yield is maximum with every type of tool: mower, flail mower, brush, gritter, snow plough blade, turbine, etc. The driver’s seat platform is suspended on a silent-block which absorbs vibrations and shaking from the operator, comfortably sitting on the seat with pneumatic suspension complete with head rest and arm rests where the JM™ joystick is integrated to the right, in ergonomical position to govern equipment and select pace. For works that require constant velocity, the speed-fix push button command on the joystick enables the setting of work speed required. The adjustable driving position and the raising of the reverse electrohydaulic steering wheel, allows hours of totally relaxing work. Safety is guaranteed by hydraulic brakes which assure modular and decisive stoppage, besides hydraulic management with hydrostatic transmission pedal, whch makes every operation practical and safe. TTR 7600 Infinity – New concept, transmission and engine

An entirely new model whch anticipates the harmonisation of new Infinity hydrostatic transmission (update of transmission already adopted for tractors with articulated frame for specialised agriculture) with a ACTIO™ frame vehicle and its track width steering-wheel, made for haymaking in the hills, mountains or for row crops situated in very steep slopes. The new motor vehicle is a very new turbo 74 hp four cylindered Kohler, approved in Phase 3B anticipating schedules in accordance with the next European body of legislation which shall effectively come into force in September 2017 and significantly limiting particle emissions in the atmosphere.

The tractor, equipped with reversible seat to be able to work with the same speeds in two gear fronts, has two mechanical ranges (from 0 to 15 and from 0 to 40 km/h), each with three hydrostatic speeds controlled by a selector on the joystick, each insertable in gear without traction loss or power interruption. In addition the pedal feed assists braking on slopes, and safely and completely stops the vehicle with the release of the accelerator, even without the use of brakes and friction. The gear reversal command is activated with a lever on the steering wheel or the Joystick. Owing to the ECO system, the 40 km/h engine automatically goes from the maximum turns system to the minimum value essential for reaching maximum speed, reducing consumption and noise.

TTR 7600 Infinity in summary represents “many machines in one”, being conceptually very versatile, with infinite possibilities of use, optimised by a powerful multi-socketed hydraulic system and vertical tie rod managed by the joystick. The active Tempomat system enables engine turns and speed to be checked independently, keeping them constant even in the presence of discontinued loads. The PTO is standard at 540 / 540e / 1000 opt. synchro indip. The hydropneumatic suspension of equipment with coaxial Uniflex cylinders (AC patent), assures equipment stability and operative comfort even on extremely disconnected lands.

The Cleanfix™ system with flow reverser fan, guarantees continuous cleaning and radiator and bonnet front grid efficiency.

As regards operator protection, the TTR can be fitted out with the Extracomfort cabin (optional) which assures, as well as wellbeing and brightness in cabin, a visibility on all sides and particularly direct on the tool in reverse drive, given by the frame of the cockpit with wired windows, on all sides. Particularly spacious, soundproof, air conditioned and mounted on new generation silent block, which significantly absorbs vibrations and shaking for the operator, the Extracomfort cabin assures that the operator is constantly protected from bad weather and dust, particularly damaging and annoying for the operator during mowing hay in. TTR 7600 Infinity benefits from a guarantee extension package (EXG) lasting for four years.
