3*2m Space: Ideal for showcasing products, services, and promotional materials. Includes basic furniture (1 table and 2 chairs) and one 230V electricity plug.

ERA Members Rate: €4,000

Non-Members Rate: €5,500

6*2m Space: Larger space for exhibitors with more extensive displays. Also includes basic furniture and electricity plug.

ERA Members Rate: €6,500

Non-Members Rate: €7,500

3. Exhibition Guidelines:

Exhibitors are provided with a designated space, along with standard furniture (table and chairs) and electrical access.

Displays may include banner stands, brochures, small objects, or presentations on a computer.

Exhibitors must adhere to allocated space and refrain from displaying large or heavy exhibits exceeding 50 kg.

4. Setup and Dismantling:

Setup: Begins at 8:00 on 15 May 2024, allowing exhibitors to prepare their displays before the convention activities commence.

Dismantling: Starts at 14:00 on 16 May 2024, giving exhibitors ample time to dismantle their exhibits after the conclusion of the event.
