Eazi elevates to new heights with JLG investment deal

The Eazi Group Pty Ltd, JLG’s sole distributor for Southern Africa, recently ordered 100 JLG units with a total value of $6.3 million. The package includes several Ultrabooms, compact crawlers, RT Scissors and super compact telehandlers. The majority of new products are for the rental fleet to, while a quantity of the more popular products were ordered by the sales division to improve retail lead times.

Eazi Sales & Service, JLG distributor since 2010 and headquartered in Midrand, South Africa, is a 100% South African-owned company. Nationally the company operates from locations in Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, Western and Eastern Cape. Sales and after sales support are offered in the Southern Africa region.

The Eazi Group offers products that are at the forefront of technological developments. In support of this, the latest fleet addition includes:

  • The JLG X20J plus Compact Crawler Boom. This Compact Crawler Boom offers a larger platform capacity of 230 kilograms and an increased platform height of 19.6 meters.

  • 2505H super compact telehandlers: a versatile and compact machine, thanks to a small turning radius and good lift capacity. The telehandler features a maximum lift capacity of 2500 kilograms, maximum lift height of 5.60 meters, and maximum reach of 3.30 meter.

  • The 530LRT: newest rough terrain scissor lift offers superior terrainability for tough jobsites, thanks to a standard oscillating axle. With a platform height of 18.15 meters and a 680-kilogram platform capacity, the 530LRT also offers an optional 7.2-meter Megadeck to handle more workers and materials.

  • The 1850SJ; one of the largest telescopic boom lifts with a working height of 58.56m and working outreach of 25.03m.
