Hiab gives extended warranty for all HIAB loader crane models

Hiab, part of Cargotec, has decided on an extended warranty that covers all HIAB loader crane models. The warranty will be valid for all loader cranes delivered as of 1 October 2016. Hiab offers its customers five year warranty on structural components as well as general warranty of two years. The extended warranty was announced first in connection to the IAA exhibition in Hannover, Germany.

With the extended warranty we want to show our customers that when investing in a HIAB loader crane they will always get the best possible performance with the equipment," says Joakim Andersson, Senior Vice President, Loader Cranes, Hiab.

This is a deliberate step to reduce the business risk for our customers and at the same time strengthen the continuous improvement cycle.
