NEW edition of the FALCON SPIDER

TCA LIFT is proud to announce that a new edition of the well known FALCON SPIDER has been sold and recently handed over to the Danish rental company Ringsted Lift near Copenhagen.

The new edition is a FALCON SPIDER FS320C – 32 meters working height on a new invented crawler chassis. TCA LIFT had years ago the FS320C in the program, now it has been relaunched with new customer requested features.

The chassis is among other things designed with height adjustable crawlers which make it possible to have more ground clearance when driving in terrain, when driving on slopes the FALCON is still vertical. Last but not least the FALCON will be able to drive through opening less than 2 meter height.

The new design is service friendly with easy removable side covers for fast and time saving inspection and service.

TCA LIFT introduces the new basket with double entrance and fixing points for easy and safe lifting of material. “The new basket will be offered for all FALCON models. These modifications seem small to us as manufacturer, but for the operators these are major improvements, and leads to more safety and user friendliness”, Brian Falck Schmidt says.” The modifications are designed according to customer wishes and needs.”

TCA LIFT has added new features to the FS320C as well.

New remote control system for easy and safe use, and enhanced electric engine with double battery package.

New FALCON Service Tool was an important issue to Ringsted Lift. The service tool ensures fast online service in case of break down, and also the possibility for track record of the machine whilst on hire. This system is now standard on all FALCONs.
