Open days for French customers at Linden Comansa

On 30 November and 1 December 2016, the tower crane manufacturer Linden Comansa organised open days for French customers at its factory in Huarte, Navarre, less than 80 kilometres from the French border. Representatives from Linden Comansa distributors in France, hire and service companies, builders and other potential customers responded positively to the invitation from Linden Comansa and attended the event. They visited the facilities of the Spanish manufacturer, saw the modern production process of its tower cranes and discussed various sales and technical matters.

Linden Comansa's aim with this event was to get to know their contacts in France better and improve expectations in a very complex market. “Despite its proximity to Spain, the French market has always been very complicated for us”, stated Tony Meijer, Sales Manager for France at Linden Comansa. "In addition to the strong position of some of our competitors, until now, we didn't have a suitable structure for the French market. Now, among other things, we have a service and maintenance network that covers almost the whole of France and a range of cranes that adapts very well to construction needs in France, particularly models 16LC220 and 16LC220, with maximum loads of 10 and 12 tonnes. We wanted to invite some of the most important tower crane companies in order to show them that Linden Comansa is at least at the same level as the manufacturers that dominate the market, and that we could be their tower crane supplier for any type of construction project", added Meijer.

The attendees, who also enjoyed traditional Navarran cuisine, included representatives from construction companies such as Bouygues and Vinci, service companies such as Saint-Yves Services, hire companies such as LOGA, Sodetram and EuroBTP, and even directors of Belgian tower crane companies such as Brualfa and Benelmat.
