New AROzone.com creates direct access to fluid management resources

 Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in compressed air systems and services, power tools and fluid and material handling equipment, celebrates the 85^th anniversary of ARO, a worldwide leader in fluid management.

On Jan. 23, 2015 the company marked its official anniversary with celebrations for more than 1,000 employees at nine locations around the globe. Based in Bryan, Ohio where it was founded, ARO has sucessfully maintained its reputation as the global leader in reliable pumps and fluid management solutions since its inception in 1930.

“As we celebrate ARO’s 85^th anniversary, we return to the legacy of ARO and what it stands for – reliability and trust. Those remain the guiding principles for every pump and part we manufacture,” said Oakley Roberts, vice president of product management at Ingersoll Rand. “We are honoring our rich history in the marketplace, while looking forward and developing solutions for customers’ fluid management challenges. With ARO’s recent launch of an integrated pump Controller, we are adding intelligence and technology to air-operated pumps not yet seen in the market.”

In adition to recent product launches, ARO has released a redesigned website at www.AROzone.com. The new website reflects hallmarks of the ARO brand – simple-to-use, straightforward and smart. Users can easily find information on ARO’s portfolio of pumps, filters, regulators, lubricators, valves, cylinders and replacement parts. They can also drill down to details on specifications, features and links to instruction manuals for each product. The site also features direct links to find ARO dealers.

“Our customers typically service and install ARO pumps themselves, so they have a high level of interaction with the products,” says Roberts. “Putting all the information they need at their fingertips helps create a great experience for them. That’s what drove us to improve AROzone.com. Now it’s easier to access product information than ever before and the site is rich with fluid management know-how. Just one example of how we demonstrate our fluid intelligence.”
