Kleemann is accelerating the development of its Contractor plants and in the last eighteen months has literally left no stone unturned. It started at Bauma 2013 with the completely new jaw crusher generation MC 110 Z and MC 110 R EVO, then came the second development stage of the mobile impact crusher series MOBIREX EVO 2, which celebrated its global première in spring 2014 at Conexpo in Las Vegas with the models MR 110 Z and MR 130 Z: At the start of June the new generation of mobile cone crushers with the MOBICONE MCO 9 was presented almost simultaneously at Hillhead in Buxton (England) and CTT in Moscow (Russia), whose sister model MCO 9 S with optional screening unit will be revealed to the world for the first time at the beginning of September at Steinexpo in Homberg/Niederofleiden. With the MC 100 R, Kleemann GmbH now completes its offer of mobile jaw crushers.

MC 100 R: Powerful, efficient and easy to operate

The MC 100 R is based on the MC 110 R and, like all other plants in the Kleemann EVO Line, boasts the very efficient drive concept with crusher direct drive, as well as electric drives for the chutes and conveyor belts. And there is also no lack of power with the new plant: With its 165 kW, the plant has sufficient power to process up to 200 tons of material per hour. The crusher itself has an inlet width of 950 mm x 550 mm and, like the MC 110, has a high-raised articulated crusher jaw. Blockages in the crusher area are thus avoided and the material feed characteristics are significantly improved. There is also lots of space available under the crusher so that iron reinforcements can be discharged without any restrictions. In addition, the MC 100 R is equipped with the same touch panel control system, which has already been tried and tested with the other EVO plants. Those who are familiar with this won't need long to get used to this control system.

Simple transport and lots of configuration options

The transport weight of the plant also plays a very important role in this class. Here the MC 100 R impresses with its weight of 30 tons (excl. options) and is thus approx. 20% lighter in comparison to its predecessor machine. And the setup on the construction site is also very simple. With the hopper walls integrated in the chassis it is no longer necessary to fold the hopper walls and the machine is virtually ready for operation straight away. Despite the relatively small size, there is the possibility to individually adapt the plant to customer requirements with numerous innovative options. For example, the plant can be equipped with an electric or permanent magnet, an extended side discharge conveyor or belt conveyor or the material flow can be further improved with the Continuous Feed System (CFS) for permanent crusher loading. Similar to the MC 110, the crusher deblocking system is also available, which enables the crusher to start up if the crushing jaw is blocked and can thus eliminate blockages quickly and simply. Different crusher jaw profiles are also available, thus optimally meeting all requirements.
