Liebherr-Aerospace signs the Médiation des relations inter-entreprises client-suppliers code of good conduct

On December 14th, 2010, Francis Niss, President of Liebherr’s Aerospace and Transportation Systems division, signed the “charte de bonnes pratiques”, a code of good conduct that promotes fair practices between clients and suppliers.

The signing ceremony took place at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry in Paris, France, in the presence of Minister of Finance, Christine Lagarde,

The “charte de bonnes pratiques” was developed by a special task force made up of representatives of the French Government and of the French industrial buyers association, la Compagnie des acheteurs de France. The French business relations mediation scheme, the Médiation des relations inter-entreprises, oversees and promotes adherence to the charter which is one of several initiatives to improve client-supplier working relations and promote best practices.
