Sanghvi movers ltd order seven Demag® cc 3800-1 LATTICE BOOM CRAWLER CRANES In addition to the 5 UNITS already in their fleet

Sanghvi Movers has placed an order for seven Demag® CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler cranes. The deal was signed by Mr Chris Sanghvi, Chairman & Managing Director and Steve Filipov, President Terex Cranes on February 21st at the headquarters of Sanghvi Movers Ltd, in Pune, India. They were joined by Norbert Dudek Vice President and General Manager, Terex Cranes Asia, and Saeesh Nevrekar Director Sales & Services Operations - Terex Cranes India. From Sanghvi Movers Ltd. Mr. Sham Kajale and Mr. Prajwal Kumar were also present.

The CC 3800-1 cranes will be primarily used for installation of wind turbines, at the various windparks spread over the country, with loads up to 110 tonnes at 120 meters height. Sanghvi Movers is a loyal customer, as this is the third major deal signed by Sanghvi with Terex Cranes in the last 2 years. Mr Sanghvi comments: “We are extremely happy with the performance of these cranes as they are easy to assemble and dismantle, no maintenance cost, and because of a good product support. These next generation cranes will be utilized for future projects erecting windmills up to 160 m hub height and 3 MW capacity.”

In 2015 Terex Cranes delivered eight CC 2800-1 cranes and in 2016 has already delivered five CC 3800-1 cranes. Steve Filipov declares: “It is a great pleasure to be here with Mr. Sanghvi today, and an honor to receive this order. This is clearly a testimony to our expertise in large crawler cranes and the confidence in which Sanghvi has placed in our products. With this new order, Sanghvi Movers Ltd. will own twelve (12) CC 3800-1 cranes and twenty one (21) CC 2800-2 cranes, and will be the largest Global fleet owner for these DEMAG products.  We are extremely proud in their loyalty and honored to have them as a very special customer!”.

The delivery of the cranes for the new project is scheduled for June-August 2017.
