September 2015 IronPlanet® Auction of Heavy and Military Surplus Equipment

IronPlanet® (www.ironplanet.com), the leading online marketplace for buying and selling used heavy equipment and trucks, will host an online auction consisting of 401 items on Wednesday 30th September, 2015.

A wide variety of high-quality used construction and agricultural items from across Europe will be available to buyers, including:

The auction will also include 157 items of military surplus equipment from United States military bases located in Germany and the United Kingdom, including tractor trucks, pickup trucks, trailers, forklifts, telehandlers and cars. It is just the latest in a series of IronPlanet® auctions that feature U.S. Defense Logistics Agency equipment, and the first that features items based in the United Kingdom.

On the day of the online auction, equipment will be sold to the highest bidder. However in advance of this, registered users are able to place bids through IronPlanet® PriorityBid service. This service will automate bidding on the buyer’s behalf, should the buyer be unable to attend the auction.
