Skanska sells office building in Poznań, Poland, for EUR 36 M, about SEK 385 M

Skanska has sold the second building from its Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań to Corum Asset Management for EUR 36 M, about SEK 385 M. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the third quarter of 2019. The transfer of the property is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019.

The sold building offers a total leasable area of around 12,000 square meters, with its office space being fully leased to a Polish market-leading convenience retailer. The Nowy Rynek office complex is located in the city’s central business district and provides access to an array of amenities including cafés, restaurants, shops, service points, green areas for relaxation, bicycle stands, free wi-fi, and stylish small architecture.

The second building is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification. Its completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019.
