AUSA will be exhibiting at IFAT 2016

IFAT is the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management, offering innovations, resources and solutions for the sector. Besides, this current year IFAT is celebrating its 50th anniversary, which makes us admire how this trade fair evolved from being a local event celebrated in Munich with 7.000 visitors to the 135.000 visitors that nowadays attend from around the world. IFAT is the place to meet the world’s innovations and environmental technologies. Exhibitors showcase their solutions tailored to meet the requirements of the market of many different sectors.

The last edition of IFAT was celebrated in 2014. It reunited 3.081 exhibitors from 59 countries, 135.288 visitors from 168 countries and an exhibition space of more than 230.000 m2. In this occasion, AUSA did not want to miss the opportunity to attend to this event either, which will be celebrated from May 30 to June 3, 2016. It will be the perfect chance to meet with the entire industry.

This time AUSA will be displaying at IFAT three examples of the URBAN range.

The first model is the Street Sweeper B200H with 2m3 capacity and equipped with a low emission Euro VI engine. This model has an excellent and accurate maneuverability due to its optimal turning radius and its engines and is available with two or four steering wheels also 4 wheel drive available. Furthermore it has a very efficient and clean vacuum sweeping system with air pre-filter achieving maximum productivity and minimum particle emission to the environment, complying with the PM10 3 stars certificate.

Many accessories covering different municipality needs and functionalities can be quickly attached to this vehicle thanks to the exclusive innovative iLink®System. This intelligent tool provides the vehicles with great adaptability and flexibility to face different situations with only one machine, such as sweeping, washing with cold or hot water, snow removal or salt spreading. As result, a vehicle that will cover multiple working municipality needs, with savings in both, investment and also operation thanks to a lower maintenance cost and emission level.

Besides, it will also be displayed the Urban Suction Sweeper B400H with 4m3 capacity and modern design while implementing advanced sweeping technology, engine and transmission. It is a compact and agile vehicle able to perform –optionally- at a maximum travel speed of 62km/h with excellent operating costs.

The model that will be exhibited at IFAT is a 4x2 version equipped with a low fuel consumption and emission Euro V Engine. This B400H will come with the optional third brush attached and a water high pressure gun, lance and hose. The movement and control of the two standard brushes and the third optional one is taken from the cabin with an intuitive joystick. From inside the cabin, the visibility is excellent due to the monitor and nozzle and rear view cameras. The Link®System allows attaching implements to this model as well, such as a salt spreader or a snowblade or even working at height.

Last but not least, it will be displayed the Urban Mechanical Dragging Sweeper BD202HL with a residual hopper of 1.200 liters of capacity and water deposit. This efficient, robust and simple mechanical sweeper of reduced dimensions offers great maneuverability and allows working in limited access zones. In addition, its flotation and tubular broom permit to work independently of the ground irregularities and minimize its wear-out. The functions are centralized in a joystick, increasing productivity and reliability. Optionally, it can be assembled with soundproof closed with heater and air conditioning, as the example exhibited at IFAT.

The characteristics of the BD202HL make it an ideal sweeper for different sectors such as municipalities, industry, parking lots, airports or construction. In addition there is a wide range of optional accessories that can adapt the machine to the customer’s needs.
