The IMHX (International Materials Handling Exhibition) is a triennal trade fair, the main event for the British logistics sector. Over than 20,000 logistics and supply chain professionals meet every year at the Birmingham National Exhibition Center to discover cutting-edge technologies, explore the latest industry solutions and discuss about the possibility of increasing the efficiency of operations.

Carer attended the IMHX through its British exclusive dealer Impact Handling, presenting the new A/X series of electric forklift trucks. Designed to help businesses cut their greenhouse gas emissions through IC to electric conversion, the A/X series will be available in capacities ranging from 8 to 10 tons and is already attracting significant interest from several British companies, particularly in the areas of paper and packaging.

The A/X series (A80/600X, A80/900X, A100X) is the ultimate expression of technological research developed by the Carer technical department. It’s a silent truck that ensures the greatest respect for the environment, an excellent alternative to traditional diesel forklift trucks.

Designed to grant the same performance as diesel trucks, it contributes to the reduction of the impact on global warming. The A/X series represents a groundbreaking innovation in IC to electric conversion; it is ideal for outdoor applications and ensures high performances, with a top speed of 20 km/h and long running times.
