WHAT IS HAULOTTE DIAG?

HAULOTTE DIAG is a single diagnostic tool for all Haulotte machines; compatible with past, current and new machines (AWP & Telescopic handler).

HAULOTTE DIAG is a diagnostic software that can be installed on PCs, Laptops or Tablets (compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 3 or later; Windows 7; Windows 8; Windows 8.1*).

Haulotte Diag is also planned to be available at iOS and Android app stores in a near future (for smartphones and tablets).

HAULOTTE DIAG works in conjunction with a wireless VCI box that allows Remote Access for technicians to program, troubleshoot, calibrate, and generally diagnose all Haulotte machines.

Haulotte Diag receives and displays machine information from up to 40 meters away using Wi-Fi technology.

HAULOTTE DIAG OFFERS NEW DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES

HAULOTTE DIAG includes new advanced features for new Haulotte machines to improve the ease and speed of diagnostics (Starting from machines released in 2014):

• Machine failures are displayed with descriptive text for a better understanding

• Advanced failures features: new information about the probable cause of the failure, the components to be checked and their location, the action to be taken to correct the problem

• Advanced maintenance features: service counters are configured in the machine to alert the technician to the type of maintenance required and traceability of previous maintenance is also available

• Advance diagnostic features: assisted troubleshooting to return the machine to service quickly when the machine is malfunctioning

• Operating reports: number of working hours of the machine per day

• 6 languages available: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian (with the potential to add new languages in future updates)

• Touch screen compatibility (Windows OS)

This results in time saving and increased productivity, technicians are able to implement the correct solution in any situation. Haulotte Group’s objective is to offer valuable diagnostic information, clearly and quickly to simplify the maintenance work of our customers and their technical teams.

TWO HAULOTTE DIAG OFFERS ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS

HAULOTTE DIAGPAD is designed and built to withstand the toughest environments (waterproof, dustproof, shock resistant…).

HAULOTTE DIAGPAD is an “all in one” solution to diagnose all Haulotte ranges, including: one handheld rugged PAD (touchscreen); Haulotte Diag embedded and one VCI box that allows remote access to the machine.

HAULOTTE DIAG SOTFWARE KIT is a “customized” solution to diagnose all Haulotte products using the customers’ devices - PCs, Laptops or Tablets (Windows OS) - and Haulotte VCI box.

Haulotte tested and approved the use of Haulotte Diag with DELL VENUE 8 Pro, ACER ICONIA W4/W4P or PANASONIC FZM1 tablets.
