The Insero Heater – which is powered by a Cat C1.5 diesel engine – offers exceptional performance and reliable heat for a variety of cold weather applications.

Designed to deliver over one million BTUs of clean, indirect heat with temperatures over 85° C (185° F) – a key component built into each unit is the International Sensor Technology’s Model SM95 combustible gas monitoring system.

Ideal for use in hazardous environments found in the oil and gas industries, the Insero heater not only creates a comfortable working environment – it keeps jobsites safe when hazardous gas is present. The SM95 detects stray combustible gas near the engine air intake. If combustible gases are detected, it automatically shuts down the engine and triggers warning lights. Once the gas has been cleared from the area of operation, a reset button must be pushed in order to restart the engine.

The Insero Heater also features skid mounted burners that slide out for easy access, a maintenance-free 4D 12V battery for reliable starting power, a 190 gallon fuel tank capacity that provides up to 24 hours of run time, shore power connection capability, and an auxiliary 120 VAC power outlet with GFCI and 20 amp service for a convenient power source.

With the performance and safety features built into the Insero Heater, it’s the ideal heating solution to keep jobsites comfortable and safe from dangerous gas accumulation.
