Kuhn a strong dealer for Carer in Poland

With the new establishment near to the airport Modlin (Warsaw), Kuhn has opened his third plant in Poland focusing on big Carer heavy electrical forklifts. Additional 14 service points and 23 technicians guarantee a perfect support all over the country.

Poland is the 8th biggest economy in the European Union. The country's industrial base combines coal, textile, chemical, machinery, iron, and steel sectors and has expanded more recently to include fertilizers, petrochemicals, machine tools, electrical machinery, electronics, cars and shipbuilding. Poland was the only country in Europe to avoid a recession through the 2008-09 economic downturn, and additionally has grown at the highest rate on the continent.

Many German and international companies, as for example Volkswagen, have plants in Poland and are interested in the solutions offered by Kuhn and Carer.

In 2015 Kuhn has supplied two Carer Z100H to Gonvarri, a Spanish steel and automobile logistics supplier with branches all over the world. The two machines replaced internal combustion machines to guarantee a reduction of energy costs and pollution allowing the same performances as the LPG forklifts.

In 2016 Kuhn placed the first 12 ton machine, a Carer Z120HD, at a Logistic company located near to Warsaw. The company has more than 100 trucks and offers entire logistic solutions for its customers.

The Carer Z120HD is the first electrical forklift to replace a LPG machine at this customer but may not be the last one, as Kuhn is already analyzing together with this customer the advantages, in terms of cost reduction but also environment and healthier workplace, by replacing the fleet with electrical forklifts in various capacities.

Also the polish paper and corrugated industry, as well as steel companies and breweries are in contact with Kuhn to learn more about Carer products and their benefits.
