During the visit to MTW the delegation of Asian country headed by the Speaker of the Parliament Pandikar Amin bin Haji Mulia discussed direct deliveries and establishing of assembly production.
Malaysia is interested in new deliveries of «BELARUS», machinery, stated the Speaker of the parliament of Asian country Pandikar Amin bin Haji Mulia during the visit to Minsk Tractor Works.
The delegation got acquainted with the newest line of MTW machinery.
Belarusian tractor makers have supplied their products in Malaysia since 1968. Tractors with capacity from 30 to 100 h.p. are in the greatest demand in the market of this country.
«Our countries would like to develop a two-way trade. We were impressed with the range of multifunctional machinery produced by Minsk Tractor Plant - both for agriculture and for municipal needs», – shared her impressions the Head of the Secretariat of the Parliament of Malaysia Datuk Roosme BT Hamzah.
The head of the parliamentary delegation noted that Malaysia was considering a supply of machinery for rice fields. Pandikar Amin bin Haji Mulia was interested in information of new versions of «BELARUS» tractors specially made for operation in the Asian-Pacific Region. Successful tests have been completed in Indonesia and products of Minsk Tractor Works have received good feedback from agricultural producers.
Also the Malaysian side expressed an interest in establishing of assembly production of Belarusian tractors. This project is possible in the long term when its economic expediency will be estimated by the parties.
