New Bronneberg Super-III metal baler for leading German copper smelter.
Recently Bronneberg delivered a new lid baler to a leading German copper smelting company. After having worked with a Bronneberg lid baler for the past 20 years the new baler needed to be a Bronneberg baler too. The request was therefore simple: “develop us, against the latest technologies in engineering, safety and manufacturing standards, a new heavy-duty lid baler based on this absolute proven concept.
The new Bronneberg Super-III baler is equipped with a HIAB loading crane with grapple and rotator. Around the charging box big tables are installed on which oversized material is collected during the closing of the lid. For safety reasons infrared sensors are installed around the charging box which will immediately stop the baling cycle if the ray gets interfered.
