PNEUSEJ Optimus - powerful / effective / flexible

The drawn seeding machine is designed according to farmers’ requirements for increasing areal performance with low energetic demands. The machine consists of a drawn hopper with a capacity of 4,600 litres for high performance with minimum idle time due to filling. The hopper features two Accord dosers placed on the sides of the hopper to enable operators to easily perform maintenance and set the sowing dosage or empty remaining seeds. Dosers are normally driven mechanically from the stepping wheel, which is controlled hydraulically. The three-point linkage of the Optimus machine, with a capacity of 4,000 kg, enables machines to be coupled for seeding and fertilizing. A drawn hopper coupled with a hydraulically folded beam of DXD coulters with 6-8 m working width is the key version of PNEUSEJ Optimus. The second version available, with 6 m working width, is equipped for fertilizing and the hopper is divided into two parts with 2,400 litres for seeds and 2,200 litres for fertilizer. Fertilizing is performed via a Fert fertilizer applicator mounted on the DXD sowing unit along with a compacting wheel. The third version serves as a drawn hopper of fertilizer with a capacity of 4,600 litres for seeding machines for precise seeding in 6-8-12 rows. Optimus is normally connected to the lower arms of the three-point linkage of the tractor. Thanks to optimally distributed weight and normally supplied wide tires of 700/50 – 22.5, it requires low drawing power, contributing to fuel savings.
