Spanish exporters, focused on French market, showcase innovative technologies at SIMA 2015

Spanish exports of agricultural and livestock equipment to France continue growing. France is the best client for Spanish exports in this trade sectors, that rised up to 326.940.000 € in 2013, 39% more than in 2012. AGRAGEX, the Spanish exporters association, wants to focus great part of its efforts to promote the Spanish manufacturers in France, where they currently sell a wide range of products developed specifically for French requirements. They will showcase great innovations for the international markets at SIMA 2015.

Spanish agricultural equipment industry has great assets to give an answer to the curret trends in agriculture: European technology, great reliability due to its strong construction, flexibility to provide very specialized equipment or features, and excellent value. Spanish manufacturers, that will attend SIMA 2015 with the support of AGRAGEX, want to present and promote its innovative solutions according to the French market.

Moreover, the Spanish industry also wants to show the international visitors that it can be the best option for a more sustainable agriculture. Tailored european technology for each kind of crop, soil or condition, available in great value, brings the opportunity to afford the enviromental care currently required, introducing just the features needed, not more. This means farms can be much more profitable.

Spanish manufacturers have developed impressive technologies to attend international markets, and will showcase a selection of them at SIMA 2015.

The Spanish innovations at SIMA 2015

AGRATOR, Spanish manufacturer since 1957, will attend SIMA show once again and will present a new foldable shredder equiped with double transmision. This new model, called T2P, is available up to 4.5 m working widht. Furthermore, AGRATOR will showcase at SIMA a reinforced brushcutter, model DR-1600, equiped with cutting blades system (instead of chains) so it is adapted to French marked requirements. The new XPA-4500, a foldable machine equiped with hoes, will be also presented for the French market.

Other current models that will be showcased too at AGRATOR’s stand in SIMA, like GMT-3000 rotary tiller (with straight blades, and a special roller); GRC-3100 potato rotary ridger; AV-150 rotary tiller and the light shredder TL-150.

RS-D 400 MINIMUM TILLAGE PNEUMATIC SEED DRILL: Simplified sowing techniques or minimum tillage are most popular in Spain and now they are expanding to all European countries successfully. These allow easy preparation of ground and reduction of costs. New twin disc coulter is created by AGUIRRE inspirited in “non-stop” system coulters of this manufacturer that provides working pressures between 40 to 120 kg for element.

Barely prepared seed beds (straw, clay and heavy soil types) are appropriate for this coulter and depth of twin discs can be regulated by toolbar with double flotation to adapt the terrain and maintain a constant seeds.

DP-36 TWIN DISC FERTILIZER SPREADER: New DP-36 fertilizer spreader is made for modern agriculture. All models have oil immersed gear boxes with tempered steel gears for extended life. Width of spreading from 12 to 36 m. is adjusted easy with a little horizontal movement and change blades or discs are not necessary. Maximal flow rate is 400 kg/min.

Full range is 1.500 L., 2.000 L. and 2.500 L.
