Mobile jaw crushers

Kleemann introduced the MOBICAT range of mobile jaw crushers in (year). The MOBICAT crushers are used for pre-crushing almost any type of stone or debris and recycling. Overall performance is not just about one parameter, optimizing all components of jaw crushers is crucial. The crusher's performance is therefore not only determined by the parameters of the jaw. When developing the MOBICAT series, Kleemann emphasized in particular: total price, plant availability, emphasis on ecology, the resulting quality, and device versatility. 

Mobile cone crushers

The MOBILCONE series is suitable for working with medium to hard stones. In addition, it can also process abrasive natural stone. It is also designed for mining, as it can prepare raw materials for mining applications. The cubic size of the resulting grain is provided by MOBILCONE crushers (in the 2nd and 3rd crushing stages). The size of these machines is adjustable and the main advantage comes from the combination of primary crushers and screening equipment. Mobile impact crushers

Crushers of the MOBIREX series are used for working with soft to medium-hard stone or recycling. The main feature is performance. The MOBIREX range is designed with an emphasis on environmental friendliness, flexibility, accessibility, and overall quality. Outputs from MOBIREX impact crushers can be used for concrete and asphalt aggregates.  Regular grain shape, size, and purity are the elements that MOBIREX machines focus on.

Mobile screening plants

MOBISCREEN mobile screening plants are versatile machines that can be used for sorting almost all types of natural stone and debris and also for recycling applications. The drive of MOBISCREEN models is either diesel-electric or hydraulic. Scalpers and sorting sieves are available in either two or three-deck versions. MOBILSCREEN screening plants are designed for multiple applications and are capable of executing various jobs. As screens come in many different sizes, MOBISCREEN models have the ability to output many different grain sizes.

Mobile stackers

The MOBIBELT mobile stacker series improves and streamlines work logistics procedures and processes. For example, a wheel loader is not required when working with MOBIBELT mobile stackers. That'’s because the material can be transported to the storage areas directly from the screening plant or even from the crusher. This is efficient in terms of time, cost, organization, and reliability.

Impressions/History 

The Kleemann company was founded in Swabia, Bavaria, Germany. The original history of the company dates back to 1857. During this time, Ferdinand Kleeman founded a sawmill for files. Following this milestone, the company's portfolio expanded to various agricultural attachments and other engineering products. At the beginning of the 20th century, Kleemann also started working with rocks and stone. After the Second World War, the company continued to grow and expand abroad. Since 2006, the WIRTGEN Group has been the majority owner of Kleemann.
