37th Annual Terex Utilities Hands On Event

Though the weather went to extremes, Hands On 2015 proved to be another successful outing. On August 13th & 14th, we hosted a number of new TU Sales and TSNA team members to a two-day event. The group endured hot temps and high humidity during their training. All walked away appreciating the opportunity to become more familiar with the equipment.

On August 17th – 19th , Terex Utilities hosted 40 customers from across the country and around the world. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate as we experienced an all-day rain on Tuesday which forced a plan B. The Service and Technical Support team pulled through and training went on at the local Extension building. It was the first rainout that anyone could remember in at least 20 years. The attendees rolled with all of the changes to the schedule and were very understanding of the uncontrollable circumstances.

Overall, the 2015 Hands On was a successful event and will likely be one of the most memorable due to the varied weather that was experienced from start to finish. 90’s one week and 60’s the next. We thank everyone for their help and support in putting together a successful event.

Terex Team Member Hands On

August 15th was a hot and breezy Saturday morning which was a perfect setting for the Team Member Hands On. We had an AWESOME turnout at this year’s event. Nearly 50 team members, their family & friends were on hand to get a close up look at the equipment as well as a chance to operate it. If you missed out, plan to attend next year’s event. It is tentatively set for August 20th, 2016.
