Dana Named to Forbes' List of America's 100 Most Trustworthy Companies for 2016

Dana Holding Corporation has once again been named to Forbes magazine's list of America's 100 Most Trustworthy Companies.  Dana was one of three companies in the Automobiles & Auto Parts category to make the 2016 rankings.

The list was developed to recognize companies that have "consistently demonstrated transparent accounting practices and solid corporate governance," as determined by MSCI ESG Research's "Aggressive Accounting and Governance Risk" score.  Dana was selected as one of the top 100 companies after more than 2,500 publicly-traded non-financial companies were reviewed for a number of factors, including the low frequency of high-risk behaviors such as regulatory actions and amended filings, as well as revenue and expense recognition methods.  Dana was first named to the list in 2014.

"Dana is committed to the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and compliance in every area of our business," said James Kamsickas, Dana president and chief executive officer.  "This recognition affirms what our customers, employees, and shareholders have come to expect from us, and we are proud to once again be honored by an independent review by Forbes and its research partners."
