FARESIN INDUSTRIES: The Future is here

Agritechnica 2015 is an important event for FARESIN INDUSTRIES since it is in conjunction with the start of a significant increase in the Company's development and its business. An actual turning point that reiterates the company's calling to serve the world of agriculture by always placing the customers and the evolution of their needs at the centre of the process.

It is not the usual cliché, but a concrete strategy that has already been implemented with the launch of a 5-year business plan that not only includes significant investments in technologies and processes, but also and especially, an investment in people and their skills: the real strength of Faresin Industries.

Therefore, Faresin Industries not only presents important and exclusive product innovations at Agritecnica 2015, but also a new method of integration with stakeholders of agricultural mechanization, especially with the sales network, with the proposal of an effective future partnership. A partnership based on a shared market vision and its evolution in the digital era.

The stand stresses the uniqueness of Faresin Industries on the market. In fact, the architecture and layout express an ability to industrialise innovation that is supported by know-how and consolidated expertise able to make technologies of the future functional and affordable. A future where technology increasingly interacts with the farmer to fulfil the evolution of his needs at a time of global change.

A future that has already started for Faresin Industries.

PRODUCT INNOVATIONS

MIXER WAGONS

Trailed mixer wagons transmission

Faresin Industries's innovative CVMIX transmission represents the ultimate innovation in the field of trailed mixer wagons.

This transmission applies the principles of constant variation transmission applied to the mixing system.

Accordingly, we have achieved important results in the economy of medium-large dairy farms:

1) A significant decrease in requested power and, consequently, contained fuel consumption of the tractor.

2) Lower mixing times, while maintaining higher standards in terms of fibre and homogeneity of the mixture

On top of these great benefits, which considerably lower company costs related to the mixing phase, there is also the great unbeatable ease and practicality of use for the operator, who does not need to worry about choosing the gear or the most suitable engine rpm for the various loading phases.

Thanks to CVMIX transmission, not only is Faresin Industries at the top in the field of self-propelled mixer wagons in terms of performance and lower consumption, but also in the field of trailed mixer wagons.

Trailed hybrid

Always looking for solutions that are able to maximise results in terms of dairy/meat production and lower fuel consumption, for the first time in the trailed mixer wagon market, Faresin Industries offers the concept of hybrid.

The idea is based on experience gained through years of working alongside farmers around the world.

In fact, during the various mixture component loading phases, the trailed mixer wagon is parked while remaining attached to the tractor. This phase is the longest in terms of time, and therefore impacts fuel consumption, and ultimately company costs.

This is how Faresin Industries developed the idea of adding an electric motor that allows the trailed mixer wagon to operate independently during the mixing phase.

Accordingly, tractor power is only used to unload and move the trailed wagon.

This solution therefore greatly reduces fuel consumption and subsequently significantly cuts company costs, thereby recovering company profitability while guaranteeing a reduction in Co2 emissions.

Bale Chopper

Still with the aim of providing farmers with global solutions, Faresin Industries introduces the bale chopper option in the trailed mixer wagon range.

Thanks to this solution, the trailed mixer wagon can perform the dual function of feed distribution and bedding preparation.

All bale chopper functions can be conveniently controlled from the tractor cabin. Therefore, the operator has maximum distribution control in order to use the right amount

TELESCOPIC HANDLERS

Faresin Industries will launch the new range of heavy duty handlers at Agritechnica 2015.

This new range, specifically designed to be used in the agricultural sector (especially biogas), is composed of two 9-metre models having maximum capacity of 5.5 and 7 tonnes, and a 10-metre model having a maximum capacity of 6.5 tonnes.

To meet various end-customer requirements, two set-ups will be proposed: GLS and VPSe TOP.

Both set-ups use deutz 90 Kw/122 Hp stage IIIB common rail engines with a DOC filter that does not need to be renewed.

Both set-ups have the new cabin (already implemented last year on the compact and medium range) with an electro-hydraulic proportional joystick with integrated reverse function and colour screen to view all main operating parameters of the machine. All set-ups have standard LED spotlights.

All versions are equipped with a 152L/min hydraulic system with a variable load sensing control displacement pump. The hydraulic system is also equipped with a regenerative valve that enables maximum speed boom lifting with minimum engine rpm and reduced fuel consumption.

Two options are available with regard to transmission.

Hydrostatic transmission with a two-speed mechanical transmission 4 and an innovative management of 4 modes (drive, eco, handling and creeper) for the GLS version; while the VPSe TOP version is equipped with a constant variation hydrostatic transmission with two hydrostatic engines for advance movement and 4 driving modes that enable you to take full advantage of the considerable traction ability of this transmission.

Side levelling is a standard supply on the entire range, which enables operations on unsteady ground.

Boom speed control for telescopic handlers with hydraulic system having a load sensing circuit

The BSC (Boom Speed Control) system is also being launched for telescopic handlers from the Faresin range equipped with the innovative hydraulic system with a load sensing distributor.

This system enables boom movement speed control directly from the comfort of the cabin via a potentiometer, thus enabling the operator to obtain the right speed of movement according to the work to be carried out, whether it requires precision or full speed.

New transmission and Joystick for 6.25

Faresin will also present the new techniques of the company's best seller 6.25.

The new hydrostatic transmission will also be launched, which gives the small 6.25 more traction (from the previous 25000 N to the current 40000 N), thus considerably increasing efficiency of several operations such as using the shovel, trailing and advance on slopes.

Another novelty is the option to equip 6.25 with an integrated reverse joystick to make direction changes extremely quick and safe.

Launching the new range of Leader double compact

Agritechnica 2015 will also focus on officially launching the new line of Ecomix and Ecomode leader double compact self-propelled mixer wagons: concentrated performance with compact sizes!

The winning feature of the leader double compact, which is available in versions of 12, 14 and 16 m3, is its width of just 2300 mm and maximum height of 3040 mm.

The Ecomode version is also equipped with hydrostatic transmission with two electronically controlled hydrostatic engines, which reach a speed of 40 km/h on the road with only 1800 engine rpm, thus guaranteeing reduced fuel consumption of 20%.

Completely safe road transfers as a result of the Ecomode version equipped with adjustable front and rear cabin hydro-pneumatic suspension, which provide maximum comfort and control traction and anti-skid systems.

Control is also guaranteed by 4-wheel drive and three standard steering systems for the Ecomode version.

Just like the larger models, Ecomix and Ecomode systems enable reduced fuel consumption also for de-silaging and mixing operations as a result of an electronic brain that controls the engine's rpm.

The performance of the charging system is also noteworthy, which implements a high-performance hydrostatic engine and a wider mill (2000 mm) and loading chute (800 mm), which keep the sizes of the larger series.

Maximum performance is also guaranteed by the new FPT 4 final 170 HP 4-cylinder common rail intercooler turbo, which reduces energy consumption by 20% compared to the previous generation engines.

The new range of mini leaders

Another important novelty in the field of elevators launched by Faresin Industries at Agritechnica 2015 is the new range of elevators with articulated frames.

The new series, which comprises 5 models, meets various requirements for manoeuvres in tight spaces as a result of a
smaller steering radius and compact size.

There is also are wide selection of accessories available to choose from, which range from buckets and forks to accessories for snow sweepers and turbines.
