Movax Control System (MCS)

At the beginning of 2015 Movax launched totally new kind of control systems, which are compatible with all Movax equipment. Movax MCS Pro is a highly developed system, where excavator and Movax work seamlessly together. In addition, the control system produces lot of information about Movax functions and in the future also about its workflow etc. MCS Lite is a basic control system, which, for example enables cost-efficient use of the lighter Movax models.

Movax SG-30R and Movax SG-40R

Movax Side-Grip product range is growing with Movax SG-30R and SG-40R models, which are designed especially for retaining wall installations to support excavations in urban areas. SG-30R and SG-40R are compatible with 13-21 ton wheeled excavators.

Movax SG-65V and Movax SG-75V

The popular Movax resonance free SG-V product range has been expanded to include SG-65V and SG-75V –models for bigger excavators. This makes also the more robust Movax models available as variable versions. Key feature of Vmodels is that there is no vibration by startup/shutdown which minimizes the harmful ground vibration and enhances operator’s work. Movax piling equipment as high frequency vibratory hammer already cause very little, if any, ground vibration harmful to, for example, buildings.

Movax Piling Hammers DH-25 and DH-35

Movax strengthens also its piling hammer selection by launching a whole new excavator mountable ram. DH-Hammer is designed for pile installation and it enables one to do the so called “final hits” to ensure required bearing capacity. In the short term the biggest demand for DH-25 and DH-35 is in the UK, where the ram is used next to Movax Side-Grip to ensure the required depth and bearing capacity of tubular piles.
