Thanks to the Vortex Studio software that “powers” the module’s physics-based simulation, trainees experience the effects of their performance on the crane and loads the same way they would in real life.

Best-in-class simulation

CM Labs simulates the entire crane, from the hoisting lines, blocks, and rigging, to the engine, hoist, drums and hydraulics — so the simulated lift is just like the real thing. This helps trainees really understand how the crane works and how it responds to operator inputs.

This module is also the only one in the industry that realistically simulates crawler tracks and the crucial learning experience of travelling on uneven ground.
