The Vicon EXTRΔ 900 series mower conditioners are purpose-built for versatility and performance. With an array of different configurations, including a choice of either virtually maintenance free SemiSwing steel tine conditioning, or gentle full width chevron roller conditioning, left hand or centre pivot drawbar and FlipOver wide spreading equipment, the EXTRΔ 900 series can be tailored to perform in any situation.

Premium Cutting Precision for Enhanced Performance

Attention has been given to the unique EXTRΔ 900 suspension system, where the complete mowing section, including conditioner, is suspended independently from the chassis, provides uniform ground following and stable weight on ground, whatever the circumstances.

As Stefan Zimmermann, Product Manager states, “Cutting quality is essential when aiming for maximized productivity and several elements play a vital role in securing cutting quality, including ground following ability of the machine”.

The long suspension springs are fitted on the widest possible position of the mowing section to ensure even flotation across the entire working width, while also allowing an outstanding adaptation ability of 650mm (500 mm upwards and 150mm downwards).

Simple Operation and Minimized Maintenance

Ease-of-use has been a key element in the development of the EXTRΔ 900 series, both in terms of operation and maintenance. To allow a perfect cut in any situation, stubble height is easily adjusted via a simple crank and the limited amount of moving parts provides less wear and downtime.

Well Proven Cutting Performance

Add to this the Vicon triangular three-bladed discs, and you have best possible cutting quality, less fuel consumption and minimum ground contact, all leading to enhanced performance and productivity.
