New ViO50-6 the best compromise between compactness, reliability and robustness

COMPACTNESS

Inventor of the ViO concept, Yanmar benefits from an uncomperable experience in the mini excavator with Zero Tail Swing development. The ViO50-6 is a real machine without zero tail swing : neither the couterweight, nor the front parts of the turret exceed of the track width.

POWERLINE

TNV engine uses direct injection system to generate power without residue of combustion. It is provide with a system of electronic order which allows an intelligent control of the engine speed. The engine 4TNV84T of the ViO57-6 is also equiped with a turbo charged which allows more power delivery while reducing the fuel consumption and by offering an higher torque.

The ViO50-6 benefits from an improved powerline, including a new engine and hydraulic pumps more powerful (+ 14%) as well as a new distributor. The working cycle time are so improved by more than 10%. This improvement does not compromise between power and compactness. The Yanmar customers can do heavy duty jobs in narrow jobsites.

COMFORT

The new control driving position offers more place for legs, the « Universal Design » concept puts the priority on the ergonomics with a new instrumentation and an important noise reduction. Control levers are ideally positionned, allowing to make movements with an exceptional precision. The ViO50-6 design offers to the operator an ergonomic environement, an excellent visibility and an exceptional safety. The design of the cabin allows to the operator the possibility to have an optimal visibility of 360° to strenghten the safety on the jobsite and improve its efficiency. It is equipped with three rear-view mirrors which allow the operator to check the working area without moving of the seat.

MAINTENANCE

The ViO50-6 components are developped in Japan and prooved to be of excellent quality. The design and the performance of the components allow to execute heavy duty jobs of construction work and to inssure a high durability of machine. The daily maintenance is made through the 5 hoods wich allow to reach easily to the components.
