The importance of teaching

Key to success of the correct performance of the After Sales Service and customers´ satisfaction is ´constant updating´. With this main objective, AUSA organizes all types of courses for their Professional Service Network through the AUSA Service Professional Training® programs.

The innovation provoked by the R&D department requires a rigorous updating of both sales force and technical staff. Well maintained machines are more productive and give a better brand image.

During these courses we pay attention to methods to be used for repair work and maintenance of the machines. Besides, we teach how to interpret the electrical and hydraulic diagrams, how to localize breakdowns and we explain the different uses/purposes of service tools. Moreover, we explain who is who in AUSA in order to contact the appropriate person if technical support is needed.

In March, we´ve held the first of 5 programmed courses for this year in AUSA’s production plant; this one was dedicated to theURBAN range.

During 3 intensive days, 2 technicians of Suministros Antonio Paredes (Spain), 1 technician of Locat’m (France) and 1 technician of ATIS Voirie (France) shared experiences and were updated about the AUSA vacuum sweepers.

The course met the expectations of participants in an increasingly demanding market. It was proved by the satisfaction surveys and the comments received after the course.

Recently, we have developed courses for Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Chile.Participants consider the courses as a useful tool that reinforces the AUSA’s international projection.
