The ZOOMLION Group, which manufactures a complete range of construction machinery that holds 7th place worldwide in terms of turnover in its industry, will be exhibiting a whole range of concrete pumps at the Bauma 2013 fair, including 3 brand-new models specially designed for European markets.

The integration between the Zoomlion and Cifa R&D teams began 2 years ago with the launch of the ZL33 pump, and has continued by making the most of Cifa’s know-how and also incorporating all the technical suggestions made during field tests of Zoomlion machines all over Europe. Zoomlion truck-mounted pumps featured in a roadshow which has just ended after 18 months, having visited 16 European countries and over 100 different sites, so the Chinese manufacturer is now ready to tackle the European competition with no less than 5 models.
The first is the ZL36, a pump with a 5-section Z-fold boom and X-shaped outrigger system. The pump complies with the weight limits for 3-axle vehicle chassis. The second is a 40-metre pump (the ZL 40), with a 5-section RZ-fold boom, mounted on a 4-axle vehicle chassis. The third is the ZL56, the tallest in the “Ready for Europe” range, with a height of 56 metres and a 6-segment boom.
The three new models are already available for sale. The performance obtained from the pumps made for the European market is highly satisfactory, and Zoomlion is able to offer safe, high-performance, economical equipment, all of which characteristics are consistent with Zoomlion’s positioning in the European area.
Zoomlion has also set up a European spare parts management centre in Milan, and a joint European and Chinese team deals with marketing and after-sales service policies in each country. The objective is to provide a level of quality complying with European standards, which guarantees customer satisfaction.
