MX is launching a new generation of multipurpose buckets and high capacity buckets for telescopic handlers

As a confirmed specialist in farm handling, MX is applying its in-depth know-how to designing work implements for the high outputs of telescopic handlers. Farmers concerned about productivity and costs, need their equipment to have a number of qualities such as versatility, robustness and reliability. Optimum efficiency

Perfectly balanced, the MX high capacity bucket has a height/depth ratio and useful volume specifically designed for agricultural telescopic handlers. The hitching position adapts to the type of telescopic handler, which enables a large ground crowding angle and a maximum load of material. The retainer cap, as standard, limits material loss, especially from impacts at the end of crowding. Finally, the absence of interior reinforcement facilitates bucket loading, unloading and cleaning.

A robust, economical implement

The bucket bottom, made of high-quality treated steel, ensures excellent resistance to impacts while optimizing its empty weight. Furthermore, a fold in the structure provides perfect anti-bending characteristics. The underside of the bucket is also protected from the ground by thick skids and which distribute forces uniformly. The bucket front is equipped with a high-quality wear blade as standard, which is bolted and reversible. With the wear blade being in three sections, only the worn part must be replaced – resulting in real savings when it comes to maintenance costs.

A perfect combination of bucket and grab, the multipurpose bucket is a genuinely versatile implement.

Improved capacity

Just like the new high capacity bucket, the multipurpose bucket has dimensions and useful volume suited to the high efficiency of telescopic handlers. Its curved grab structure further increases its loading capacity, just like the standard side cover plate kit. Also as standard, the rear cap prevents material losses when maneuvering. Finally, the bucket interior is completely smooth, allowing easier loading/unloading and cleaning.

A functional grab

Bulky materials such as hay or straw bales are picked up efficiently thanks to the grab's wide opening. The nine grab tines hold loose fibrous materials such as maize or grass perfectly. Set back from the blade, these do not make contact with the wall when the grab is open, which facilitates picking up. Located at the back of the bucket, the rams are protected and enable better working visibility.

Strength and endurance

The multipurpose bucket has the same qualities of resistance to impacts and bending as the high capacity bucket. It is also equipped as standard with a high-quality wear blade, which is reversible and economical. A central point of the implement, the grab is crossed by two large section tubes and the tines have T-shape reinforcements, which make the assembly perfectly rigid. The care applied to its stucture makes the MX multipurpose bucket a safe implement suited to the heaviest work.

Powerful, carefully designed hydraulics

The multipurpose bucket is equipped with powerful rams providing considerable clamping force at the grab end, which are protected by a mechanical grab opening stop. Connected directly to the ram barrel, the hydraulics has a clean mounting less vulnerable to falling objects. The nylon sheaths wrapping the hoses guard the assembly against rubbing and dirt. The hydraulic supply is naturally suited to the type of telescopic handler.
