Piusi 60:1 BOOSTER Grease Pumps for vehicle repair workshops

Piusi SpA, international market leader in equipment for the transfer, delivery and metering of fuels, lubricants and liquids will be presenting at Bauma 2016 (Munich, 11-17 April, Hall A5, Stand 526) its new Piusi 60:1 BOOSTER pneumatic pumps, designed to distribute grease and very viscous oil at high pressure in vehicle repair workshops.

Available in 3 different lengths (470mm, 730mm and 940mm) to cover all major grease storage drum sizes, the Piusi 60:1 BOOSTER pumps feature a sturdy sound-proof protective structure, a pneumatic exchanger and a three-stage air release system which, together with the absence of beating mechanical parts subject to breakage, ensure low operating noise levels (only 77 DB) and a long service.

The Piusi 60:1 BOOSTER pumps are made of techno-polymers able to ensure top performance and strength even during heavy-duty use. What is more, the high compression ratio (60:1) makes them suitable for transferring fluids over both short and long distances, thereby catering to the needs of those structures where the tank is located in dedicated areas, often far from the repair area.

With its new Piusi 60:1 BOOSTER grease pumps, the company has also entered the grease transfer world, thus completing the range of pneumatic pumps for the distribution of fluids in workshops. For complete grease transfer lines, Piusi also offers the market reels and kits connected to the pumps, which include hoses, dispensing nozzles and trolleys.
