Stop, check, result!

Police in South Wales recently stopped a 1.5-tonne Takeuchi TB016 excavator (pictured left) which was being transported on the back of a new Indespension trailer.

The driver of the towing vehicle had no documentation relating to the equipment and was not able to substantiate where they had come from or where they were going.

Following a call to TER, the police were not surprised to discover that both items had been stolen from the Cardiff area at the end of August!

The equipment, valued at approximately £10,000, was immediately recovered by the police who continue to investigate...
