The RW 1410 series is a mid-range trailed self-loading turntable wrapper.

The RW 1610 series is a professional trailed self-loading turntable wrapper.

The new 10-series trailed turntable round bale wrapper meets your demands and expectations in terms of:

Excellent cost efficient wrapping: Beside the standard single stretch KUHN offers via e-Twin technology on all 10-series the possibility to wrap via an unique combined pre-stretcher design with patented film distribution to save besides 50% on wrapping time also on film costs!

This is made possible due to the fact that the two 750mm film wraps with 2/3 overlap are sticked together providing a double layer before they leave the pre-stretcher unit.

• Tighter wrapped bales which increases the airtightness and so the quality of the feed.

• Extreme tear resistance in hot circumstances.

Strong low design: Large wheels on the rear of the RW1410/RW1610 wrapping table providing a low table height so there is no need for an active fall damper. This saves extra process steps and the bale can also be unloaded on the go. This increases the overall capacity significantly. With a redesigned frame and high grip film cutter, 4 belts on the wrapping table the RW 1610 can load the heaviest bales up to 1200kg, always with weight transfer towards the tractor to avoid slippage in hilly circumstances.

Operating systems: Where RW1410 is available in Manual or Computer control the RW1610 also offers a direct Joystick control. The C-version with integrated joystick has a user friendly interface in line with the KUHN autoplus baler range and results in increased ergonomic, functionality, safety and capacity.

With the standard ,,AUTOLOAD function’’ on the RW1610C model the operator can fully concentrate on the driving process as the wrapping process is automatically started after the bale has been detected in the loading arm. Picking up a second bale with the loading arm during the wrapping process for transport is also fully automated.

Capacity: Besides e-Twin possibility with 50% wrapping time reduction the optimised processes achieved by the RW 1610 C with integrated ,,auto load function’’ has increased overall loading, wrapping capacity and ergonomics.
