The new pneumatic foldable seed drill combination with front tank TF1512 (6 m working width) provides the following essential benefits:

• Top seeding quality thanks to the standard features of the KUHN SEEDFLEX seeding unit: The SEEDFLEX seeding unit is fitted on a parallelogram with depth control and press wheel. The offset of 41 mm and large disc diameter (35 cm) ensure a high seeding quality even in wet conditions or heavy soil. Seeding depth can be adjusted hydraulically. The covering harrow with universal tines provides a perfect finish.  

• Easy adjustment with the new VISTAFLOW valve: The intelligent tramlining valve monitors the seed flow inside each tube and enables any tramlining rhythm even if seeding and spraying widths are incompatible. The seed drill is equipped as standard with 2x2 VISTAFLOW valves. Optional 2x2 VISTAFLOW valves with half-width shut off on the left side or the full VISTAFLOW divider head with half-width shut off on the left or right side is available. Furthermore, with the circuit selector KLH 104 the following function can be adjusted easily from the tractor cabin: folding, working depth, coulter bar height and hydraulic top link.  

• High driving comfort thanks to the removable transport system with two large wheels. During work, the transport system waits in the corner of the field and can be quickly and easily mounted for road transport without any tools. With the hydraulic top link and weight in the front, road legislations are fully respected and a high level of safety in road transport is reached.     

Pneumatic seed drill combination with power harrow and front tank

This seed drill is compatible with the power harrow HR 6040 RCS and the front hopper TF1512. The new HR 6040 RCS has been designed to work with the new pneumatic seeding bar BTFR 6030. The HR 6040 RCS is suited for tractors of up to 460 hp. The working depth and levelling bar of the HR 6040 RCS can be adjusted hydraulically. To be flexible it is also possible to remove the seeding bar and use the power harrow solo for seedbed preparation. 

For a high output, the front hopper TF 1512 contains a volume of 1.500 l (extension to 2.000 l possible). The front hopper is ISOBUS compatible to control the machine with the CCI terminal or the tractor’s ISOBUS terminal. The volumetric metering unit of the VENTA range includes an electric drive to vary the seed application rate while driving.

The pneumatic foldable seeding combination is available with the new large-diameter MEGAPACKER (590mm) roller and the STEELLINER (550mm) furrow-opening roller or MAXIPACKER (535mm) roller.
