The tradition continues with the UniBatch range. This plant type incorporates flexibility, extendibility and a larger selection of variants. Ammann first presented the UniBatch T2 version with a production output of 210 to 260 tonnes per hour at the Intermat 2012. The models T1 and T3 round off the UniBatch series that now covers a performance spectrum from 100 to 350 t/h.

The UniBatch sets new standards in this performance class. It delivers cutting-edge technology and includes all the features of current and future plant concepts. The future-proof concept focuses on modularity, energy efficiency and reduced emissions. This batch mixing plant is optimised to reduce wear and maintenance, and is easily accessible. Slimline dimensions and core components trimmed to maximise performance make it the champion among our batch mixing plants. The modules are suitable for transportation on standard vehicles thanks to standardised container dimensions, which in turn enables short delivery times and quick assembly on site. This thoroughly revised plant concept is underpinned by tried-and-tested Ammann technologies. The plant’s structure is designed to accommodate the operator’s growing requirements at all times. The basic concept already makes provision for all conceivable options, which can be retrofitted as required so as to optimise investments. Features that can be retrofitted quickly and with no problems include a cold or hot reclaimed asphalt feed, liquid or solid additives and Ammann Foam – to mention only a few.
