Production output from 105 to 200 mł/h
Ammann Elba’s tradition of developing innovative concrete mixing plants continues in the form of the new mixing plant range named ECC Elba Concrete Center. Ecological solutions developed with practical applications in mind and coupled with Elba’s double spiral mixing system in an EMS or EMDW mixer provide a sound basis for a future-oriented and long-lasting concrete mixing plant.
It is the successful continuation of Elba’s long-standing tradition of implementing both skip and belt elevation in the same design concept and assembly as a stationary or semi-mobile mixing plant. All drive systems and safety features fully comply with the latest standards and energy directives. Pre-installed modules make it easy to achieve short assembly times and cost-effective transportation.
Emission values are reduced to a minimum in plants equipped with a mixer dust abatement system. Daily operations are made easier by good accessibility and spacious maintenance and cleaning platforms. The semi galvanised design of the new Elba Concrete Center underscores the quality and durability of the Elba ready-mix concrete mixing plant.
