Efficient Spare parts Service

For some months now, orders for replacement parts for all Ammann machines can be placed centrally through the Spare Parts Service at the company headquarters in Langenthal. The orders are then shipped from the new central warehouse in Dortmund, Germany. This new system has significantly boosted the service capability of our spare parts organisation.

Next-day delivery to customers
In the recent past, Ammann has introduced numerous measures to streamline its world-wide replacement parts supply service. As soon as the orders are received by the central Spare Parts Service in Langenthal they are transmitted to a central warehouse in Dortmund, from where the orders are shipped, directly and without delay. Some 15,000 different spare parts are currently in stock there. As a rule, an order received by 16.00 will be shipped that day and delivered to the customer the following day.

In 2012, Ammann will also be opening a web portal for its distribution partners, with an electronic shopping system and spare parts catalogues. This new service will speed up spare parts identification and order processing even further.
