Telescoping discharge conveyor built into the frame of the mixer wagon

The cradle-shaped FLEXILIFT conveyor is a solution for farmers who want to discharge rations in buildings with major space limitations. FLEXILIFT is a patented concept available on all KUHN PROFILE mixer wagons, as an alternative to standard cross-conveyors.

FLEXILIFT features:

• FLEXILIFT has all the advantages of cross-conveyors, allowing distribution on both the right and left sides of the mixer wagon.

• FLEXILIFT can be offset laterally as well as raised and lowered. Just one command simultaneously controls both movements.

• The FLEXILIFT conveyor is lifted via a connecting rod system, easily and safely.

FLEXILIFT, a patented system:

• FLEXILIFT distributes at substantial heights without extending beyond the frame of the machine, unlike tilting conveyors often used in these configurations.

• The ration is discharged cleanly, unlike tilting conveyors at the end of the cross- conveyor (product loss where the two conveyors meet).

• FLEXILIFT is reversible and symmetric. Depending on which side the farmer wants the raised conveyor on, the KUHN authorised dealer can easily reverse the conveyor during start-up.

• FLEXILIFT is composed of a conveyor with a continuous PVC belt. There are no seams, which are often wear points on this type of system.
