Regarding performance and durability, the TWISTER construction has been optimized. In addition to the robust construction also the disc bearing reflects best quality and durability. It withstands even the highest loads in operation. The double angular ball bearings with high performance lubricants are hermetically sealed and therefore 100% maintenance free. Virtually maintenance-free and maximum user-friendliness are the today’s hallmarks of the successful short disc harrow.

• Soil moisture preservation: PB0421
  In times, where even regions with high precipitation are increasingly affected by summer droughts, shallow stubble cultivation after harvest is essential to disrupt the capillary attraction. This stops the soil evaporation. Due to the 530 mm large, fine serrated discs the TWISTER succeeds a full slicing effect even in shallow working depth. Thus, all capillary are efficiently disrupted, without unnecessary earth movements.

• Accelerate the rotting of crop residues: PA9980
  The even in the recesses sharpened discs, with a line spacing of 12.5 cm, easily cut all crop residues into small pieces. The increased soil contact crucial improves the rotting.

• High area performance, low fuel consumption: PA0173
