There have been many impressive milestones along the road traveled by Metal Forms Corporation (MFC) since 1909 and another one is looming just around the bend. It will happen on a particular date in Las Vegas: March 3, 2026 to be exact. That date is the opening day of CONEXPO-CON/AGG and it will mark MFC’s 100th year as an exhibitor at this esteemed construction show.

G.H. Miller, made the decision to exhibit at the 1926 Road Show to display MFC’s emerging line of steel forms for concrete pavements. The show was staged in Chicago and since that time, the Road Show played a major role in showcasing products manufactured by MFC.

The name “CONEXPO” was officially adopted at the 1969 Chicago stockyards. During those years the show occurred every 6 years and the following CONEXPO was held at the newly remodeled Chicago McCormick Place. The big highlight for MFC at CONEXPO 1975 was Harold E. Miller (Tom Miller’s father) accepting the “Half-Century Exhibitor Award”.

Fast forwarding a half century we find ourselves focusing on the latest version of CONEXPO. The tradeshow is now a triennial event that has transformed itself into the Weston Hemisphere’s largest exhibit for the construction, aggregate and ready-mix concrete industries. The Road Show and its successors have witnessed dramatic changes over the years, but one constant is the presence of MFC.

Yes, MFC will be an exhibitor at CONEXPO 2026. We urge show attendees to make an effort to locate Booth C-32556 to help MFC celebrate its 100-year exhibitor milestone and get a peek at our brand-new concrete finishing machine.
