6 technical breakthroughs for the world's excavators.

1. World premiere for the new advanced product line from Bauma

In April 2013, Indexator Rototilt Systems will unveil an entirely new tiltrotator range for excavators. This is the Indexator Rototilt Advance Line, showcasing how the company has successfully compiled a number of new technical achievements in a new product line.

"I really feel that this is one of the greatest technical advancements that the tiltrotator market has seen in a long time," explains Per Väppling, Sales and Marketing Manager for Indexator Rototilt Systems.  

This means that the company is widening its range of available products, with the usual high quality that Indexator stands for.

"Both our existing (Classic Line) and the new product line have the same uncompromising premium level of quality. The difference is in the technology, which responds to market demands and requirements." Rototilt Advance Line offers a unique safety lock, an entirely new control system, a new hydraulics solution and high-flow swivel, which gives this range a unique market position.

2. Total safety system eliminates accidents

The new patent pending safety lock, SecureLock™, is Indexator Rototilt Systems' answer to the demands and requirements for secure worktool locking. The solution from Indexator Rototilt Systems is a unique combination of hydraulics, mechanics and electronics to ensure that the worktool is securely locked. The operator is immediately alerted by several indicators if the worktool is not correctly applied.

3. Future control systems      

ICS, Indexator Control System, is the next generation of control systems. Its location sensor, automatic calibration and driver's cab display provide entirely new opportunities to control the worktool and to integrate the system with other types of measuring and positioning systems available on the market. ICS will be the first control system offered with the new advanced product line.

4. Optimised hydraulics with high-flow swivel

A flow of 200 litres allows the operator to use several types of hydraulic tools such as sweeper rollers, vibratory plate compactor, sorting grapples and multi-grapples. The new design offers a better hose routing which minimises hose wear and makes the unit easier to service. The valve assembly is even better protected against dirt and knocks, with a robust painted protection plate.

A new type of high-flow swivel provides even greater flexibility, enabling the customer to use high-flow tools or several tools in parallel with the double extra function.

5.  Improved central lubrication with ILS

The Indexator Lubrication System is a factory-fitted option which allows central lubrication of the tiltrotator. This flexible solution has been developed to work on all available central lubrication systems, and also simplifies manual lubrication of older excavators.

The ILS package consists of a robust distributor block with hoses, connected to the various lubrication points on the tiltrotator. The block is then connected to the excavator and quickly distributes the right amount of lubrication.

6. Specially-designed grapples

With the premiere of four entirely new grapples, Indexator Rototilt Systems now offers a comprehensive range of specially-designed grapples for the existing Rototilt range (Classic Line) and the new Advance Line.

By optimising and improving the grapples properties and strength of all Indexator's sorting grapples and multi-grapples (for all types of grapples work and stone sorting), the excavator operator can always work with a worktool that is correctly sized for the task. The new grapples are, of course, characterised by the same robust, optimal weight design as for all other Indexator worktools.   

The first in the range to be launched are the MG40, MG60 and SG40; and SG60 for excavators between 10 and 24 tons.
