CTE Dutch dealer Custers Hydraulica B.V. has delivered a Traccess 230 to the technical staff of the Dutch Monastery ‘Huize Bijdorp’, located in Voorschoten, near the city of Den Haag, which roots dates back to the 17th century. Its congregation of the Holy Catherine of Siena has Italian roots. The current building mainly dates from 1887.
The technical staff of the Monastery has chosen the CTE Traccess 230 spider after testing many spiders of several competitors. The CTE Traccess was the overal winner.
The team of Huize Bijdorp has especially chosen for the Traccess 230 because of the working diagram, ease of use and unlimited maximum outreach with 2 people in the basket.
Also the rich standard features like automatic levelling, double drive speed and double track width were appreciated.
Traccess 230 reaches 23 m of working height, 12 m of outreach and 200 kg of capacity. throughout the entire working area. It’s the most compact of its category and thanks to its small dimensions (78 cm of width and 1,99 m of height), Traccess 230 can cross the doors. With 4 different working areas, it’s the best platform for activities in narrow spaces and that required special stabilisation, like in spaces between trees or in dirt roads. It has also a jib of 2,1 m and a positive angle of 10°. Thanks to the “Z” shape of the boom, the machine has zero tailswing in all working position. This makes it ideal for working in confined spaces and on the streets.
