AEM recognizes "Statistics Outstanding Merit Award" winners

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has presented 103 member manufacturers with “Statistics Outstanding Merit Awards” for exemplary 2010 performance in AEM’s data reporting programs.

Their actions enhance the association’s ability to provide meaningful market information to member companies for business benchmarking and planning. The annual awards are based on statistical data reporting timeliness, accuracy, consistency and good corporate citizenship.

AEM statistics activities encompass 180 unique product programs with more than 165 reporting companies, covering information from county-level retail sales data in North America to shipments data on a global basis. AEM also recognized five companies for significantly improved 2010 data reporting: Delaval Inc., Boumatic Dairy Equipment, GEA Farm Technologies, Gradall and Master Craft Products.
