Agreement signed for the acquisition of the MECALAC Group by the FAYAT Group

We are pleased to announce that the FAYAT and MECALAC Groups have signed an agreement for the acquisition of the MECALAC Group by the FAYAT Group.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the relevant competition authorities and is expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2025.
