Ahern Germany expands its product range with products from GMV, Co.me.t,Hyrax and Omega

During an Ahern Germany team event, managing director of Ahern Germany Bernhard Kahn had his entire team evaluate various manufacturers and their products.

"Following extremely positive reviews, we are pleased to announce that we have signed dealer and importer agreements and are now able to offer GMV products, including Winlet glazing robots and ErgoMover transport solutions. Additionally, we’ve contracted with Co.me.t aerial platforms and Hyrax and Omega self-driving caterpillars, which are now a part of our sales and service responsibility,” said Kahn.

Erik Pedersen adds: “It was a great experience for me to meet the dedicated Ahern Germany team and to see their interest in our products,” said Erik Pedersen, managing director of GMV A/S, which is the parent company of Winlet and ErgoMover. “We were bombarded with questions about our products and I’m delighted to meet the service and workshop technicians as well as parts and sales professionals who have rated our machines so highly and were able to convince the management of Ahern Germany to sell our Winlet and ErgoMover products.”

GMV A/S has more than 30 years of experience in the development and production of various types of lifting aids and handling equipment taking into account efficiency, job satisfaction and manual stress reduction. GMV products are designed to help workers who perform repeated heavy manual lifting in construction and other industries. A wide range of Winlet and ErgoMover products are manufactured at the factory and head office in Bredsten, Denmark, which are sold to rental and construction companies in Denmark and abroad through a well-developed dealer network.

Ahern Germany will be the dealer to the rental industry for glazing robots and transportation solutions from Winlet and Ergomover. The company will also be the main importer for Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland for the entire product line of Co.me.t aerial platforms and Omega tracked scissor lifts. For Hyrax, Ahern Germany will provide importing services for the company’s self-propeller crawler boom lifts to Germany, Austria and Lichtenstein.

Ahern Germany is the sales and service provider for its own brand Snorkel, a manufacturer of work platforms, telehandlers and material lifts. Ahern Germany is also the official importer of Faresin telehandlers and a dealer for Toolprotect products.
