AJW-CJW Analog and CAN bus Joysticks

The contactless technology (Hall effect) guarantees long life and precise comfortable control.

The robust mechanical design, the reduced mounting dimensions and the ergonomics are specifically tailored to off-highway operating machines.

The Joystick can be fitted with all Walvoil handles.

Different output options are available for easy interfacing to the machine ECU: Analog (AJW) and CAN bus (CJW).

The CJW CAN bus joystick is compatible with SAE J1939, CAN Open and CAN Open Safety.

ISOBUS certificated, compatible with the Auxiliary New AUX-N inputs 1.0, and Universal Terminal UT 2.0.

Available on the AEF database, it provides for 3 proportional and 10 on/off outputs.

The AJW Analog joystick generates as outputs single or redundant 0,5-4,5V signals.

Its IP version is suitable for harsh environment applications where dust, humidity and water can damage its internal components introducing safety risk for the operator and the machine.

2SPW – Cast Iron Gear Pump

Walvoil presents the new range of 2SPW Cast Iron Pumps, displacement from 14 to 31.5 cm3/rev and max. continuous pressure up to 250 bar. These pumps are particularly suitable for all applications where traditional aluminum pumps are used at the limit of their performance; eg. for installation on mobile equipment intended for heavy duty operating cycles, where pressures or mechanical stresses are tipically higher.

Its modular construction allows the same versatility of the Group 2 Series with aluminum body, while maintaining the possible configurations in terms of flanges, shafts and integrated valves.

EX SERIES: Load-Sensing Flow-Sharing sectional valves by Hydrocontrol

The new range of Load Sensing Flow-Sharing sectional valves EX Series by Hydrocontrol, business unit of Walvoil Spa, is composed by four sizes: EX38, EX46, EX54, EX72.

Among these, the EX54 and EX72 are particularly suitable for applications on excavators, wheel loaders, rough terrain cranes, drilling machines, mobile cranes, mining and off-shore equipment.

In addition to the recognized advantages offered by the Load Sensing and associated systems to a variable displacement pump, such as the reduction of fuel consumption, the EX series introduces interesting options of further increase of energy saving and high levels of efficiency, as well as of stability.

Fan Drive – Electrohydraulic Fan Drive System by Galtech

Walvoil Fan Drive, branded Galtech, is a new range of vehicle cooling systems based on external gear motors; these types of motors are widely used in modern hydraulics due to their high performance, long life service and low maintenance costs.

An electrohydraulic Fan Drive offers significant advantages if compared with traditional solutions with electric or belt drives.

Maximum performance is achieved by coupling the Fan Drive with the Walvoil CED400W electronic control units, fully programmable.

The systems proposed are a variable speed Fan Drive system and a Reversible Fan Drive system.
