ANMOPYC is a national sector organization that has been defending and representing the interests of the national construction and mining machinery and equipment sector for over 40 years.

The ANMOPYC Cluster works to support and drive the transition of its members towards an ecological, digital, and resilient economy, contributing to meeting challenges through innovation and technological development, and generating a positive impact on our environment.

We have over 150 members, including all the agents in the supply chain of our sector: manufacturers, importers, and distributors.

What is our mission?

ANMOPYC´s mission is to contribute to improving the technological level, innovative capacity, international projection and visibility, and competitiveness of our members by developing activities and services in the areas of technological innovation, industrial safety, marketing, communication, and internationalization.

What is our vision?

Our vision is to be a knowledge reference and a dialogue forum within the construction and mining industry, connecting the machinery manufacturing sector with knowledge and/or technology provider centers to bring them the trends that will shape their future.

ANMOPYC is a member of:

• CECE (Committee for European Construction Equipment), where ANMOPYC will hold the presidency during the 2024-2025 period.

• UNE (Spanish Association for Standardization). ANMOPYC is part of several of its committees responsible for drafting standards related to the sector.

• PTEC (Spanish Construction Technology Platform).

• FENAEIC (National Federation of Innovative Business Groups and Clusters).

• CNC (National Confederation of Construction).

• SERCOBE (National Association of Capital Goods Manufacturers).

• ELEVA. Alliance of associations specialized in lifting, also formed by AECE, ANAGRUAL, ANAPAT, and FANAGRUMAC.

• Additionally, in 2021, ANMOPYC created the MMCE Group, the Spanish Construction Machinery Market. This group is formed by the importers and distributors of machinery in Spain who previously constituted ANDICOP.

Recognitions

• The Association has received recognitions that endorse it as the national representative body of the sector by various organizations and institutions.

• ANMOPYC tiene el reconocimiento de Entidad colaboradora de ICEX reconocido por la Secretaria de Estado de Comercio. Esto permite cofinanciar el plan anual de actividades comerciales del clúster.

• Since July 5, 2011, ANMOPYC has been registered in the national registry of Innovative Business Groups (AEI) of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism (MINCOTUR). It renewed its registration in 2023 after receiving a positive evaluation of the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, which sets the roadmap for the cluster for the next four years.

Membership Categories

• Manufacturers: Spanish companies that design and/or manufacture machinery and equipment for construction, mining, building materials manufacturing, waste management, and municipalities, as well as implements, accessories, components, and/or spare parts for such machinery and equipment.

• Knowledge and/or Technology Providers: Technological and research centers that can address the innovation needs of member companies.

• Institutions and Organizations: Public bodies, business associations, and sectoral organizations linked to the sector.

• Partners: Companies that express their willingness to collaborate with the Association by providing products or services that can benefit its members.
