Another B-LIFT 187 for Lucca Fire Fighters Brigade

After the articulated truck-mounted platform ZED 19 realized some months ago for the Pisa Fire Fighters Brigade, CTE has realized a new industrial truck mounted platform for the Lucca Fire Fighters Brigade in Tuscany, specifically a telescopic truck-mounted platform B-Lift 187 with rescue purpose.

B-LIFT 187 reaches 18 m of working height, 12,7 m of outreach and 250 kg of capacity.

To meet the requirements of the Lucca Fire Fighters Brigade, this platforms is equipped with a water/air pipe connected with the basket and with 250 bar power, 12V light on the basket, alarm and flashing lights on the cabin.

The Command of the Lucca’s Fire Brigade is already owner of a B-Lift 187 adapted for the fire department operations and has chosen to have another one of the same model not only for the performances, but even for the very compact dimensions which allow to follow narrow roads safely and operate in confined spaces. The Command of Lucca, via team leader Mr Moreno Andreuccetti, says that "the boom of this platform is very stable and over the years we have never had problems, it requires very little maintenance. During the rescue work following the tornado that recently hit on the Versilia seaside, we had a great ally. "

This platform has been donated by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio of Lucca city.

Given the experience with the well known B-Fire brand of aerial fire fighting and rescue, CTE adds these industrial platforms to the great range of platforms produced at the service of firefighters.
